That's it, folks. The end of the Exhibition, and the beginning of Celebrations as Newgrounds turns 30 Years Old Today! :D

Closing Thoughts and Special Thanks!

I am writing this at the end of the exhibition. And wow. What a ride. I could not have hoped for a more successful result. A huge thanks goes out to everyone who commented on each piece, to all the new followers gained, and for the works that were Frontpaged. I am so thrilled to have shared this experience with you, and I hope everyone enjoyed.

Newgrounds came to me during a very difficult period in my life, and gave me a place to escape everyday life struggles such as job hunting, familial drama and health scares. I could share my art again – after such a long hiatus – and was welcomed into an incredible community. One I am proud to be a part of now.

This is not the end, as sad as it is to be finishing off the exhibition in time to celebrate the 30th Anniversary together. This is only the beginning. And I have no doubt I’ll be back posting something for the 40th and 50th Anniversaries in the future.

Keep on keeping on, NG! Thank you for being a home to all creators and aspiring artists out there.
