Try to make it to the toilet stop without plastering the car with poop by keeping it inside you.

Also, did you know that the father can technically be tried for medical neglect of a child? Assuming these things are... human... vomiting up fecal matter is considered a medical emergency requiring urgent medical intervention.
I have zero sympathy for the dad; he knew the risks of not stopping and getting covered in butt pudding was his just desserts. Funny game.
