This is definitely my favourite. This track was written a very long time ago, and the lyrics were actually written around the time I finished it too. The lyrics have remained unchanged since then. And funnily enough, I think this may be the one track that is the most untethered to another song I was inspired by. Maybe it's got the All New Materials vibe to it, but I actually struggle to find any connections to songs I've always been inspired by.

Lyrically, well it's about sirens... who'd have thought? But more specifically, it's from the perspective of a captain with his crew at sea, being drawn in by a siren's call. Unfortunately, the story doesn't go much deeper than that, it's just a general concept. I think it's fun though! It's definitely my favourite song, lyrically!

Oh yeah, and please forgive the mixing, this is far from the final mix.
