Nice

So here was another great character and being a mermaid was a nice touch up here would have loved some added backround that represented her world more but other then that this was an awsome character, anyways hope you make more great stuff as good as this one.

Really smooth work on this overall, and such a creatively fluffy tail too. Real different kind of mermaid here.

Thanks she's based off a yellow betta fish

Is it cannibalism if I eat the lower half?

ToasT-Arts responds:

but why, why would you do that?

The hair stands out the most, maybe due to its outline and sheek (..the heck...how do I spell that word again...). The white on the hair makes it almost look metallic or mineral like. I'm having a hard time grasping the depth and the design of the two bottom-most part of the tail fins. I think what made m feel confused was the background and the vividness/sharpness outlines of certain parts from the hair to the torso/waistline.

For the Top half, I feel like the hair's design shouts 'freedom' and energy in the summer, while the bottom half of the art makes me think of calmness/tranquility and being laid back or lazing around in the summer.

Maybe its the lighting that's bothering me, I dunno

ToasT-Arts responds:

I don't think I've ever gotten such eloquent criticism before. Thank you
