Reminds me of The Great Mouse Detective, an old Disney movie where A mouse is Sherlock Holmes and theres this massive rat Called Ratigan. Pikachu being the Sherlock character and Alolan Raticate being Ratigan. Either way the dynamic is clear and very interesting.

A Raticate would make an excellent villain.
This is colored and shaded really nicely. Very pleasing to the eyes.
