Redesigned the Biolizard with a new mobian-esque body! Everybody say hello!

Brief Summary:

[After being defeated in SA2, Eggman recovers what's left of Biolizard and reconstructs him in a smaller body, sending him once more to try to destroy Sonic. When he fails to do so, the rebuilt Biolizard escapes. Shadow, upon hearing about this, locates the Biolizard who he names "Hazard" and takes in his new brother.]

He's still fresh out of the vat and getting use to the world with his brother, Shadow's help. The original Biolizard was essentially a mindless animal thrashing about from the excessive growth cause by his enhancements. Now that Hazard is reduced to a smaller body and comparatively larger brain, he is capable of higher thought and self awareness.

Some Tidbits/Facts about him>>

> Hazard is mute but can make an assortment of little noises like croaks, gurgles, and the occasional squeak. He get's along oddly well with Metal Sonic, in their completely wordless communication.

> His eyes are cybernetic and come with tons of fun features like X Ray, thermal vision, nightvision, telescopic, etc. and they change color depending on their mode. They can also move independently of each other like a chameleon, and he likes to do this in front of people to freak them out.

> He's a very affectionate guy but doesn't enjoy giving hugs snice it feels awkward with his life support cables.

> Hazard doesn't remember much of his time as the Biolizard, only recalling a feeling of blinding rage and pain. He does, however, remember his time as Maria's pet.
