This alternate Sonic franchise has come a long way from the ugly laughing stock of the entire internet into a big gateway for new kids to experience this character.

Seeing a bunch of Sonic merch and toys in my local mall and every McDonalds around me has Sonic decorations and happy meal toys warms my heart.

I have loved Sonic for almost 20 years and as an adult in my mid 20's I always enjoy seeing the next generation of kids love him as well.

Here's to another 5 years, I'll be waiting.
